About the event
Learn how to use energy healing to promote well being and harmony in your life with the traditional teachings of Usui Tibetan Reiki Teachings. Level 1 is the beginners level that will introduce you to the history of Reiki, how it works, how it is used and its healing purposes. Level 1 will attune you to self care Reiki to be used for daily self care practice. Reiki is known to help with anxiety, depression, phobias, and also pain relief.
Once this level is completed, you may advance to the Level 2 class. Level 2 will be held on Sunday August 24th from 10am to 4 pm. A purification of 21 days may take effect after your first attunement to the energy.
